Helzberg Diamonds - Bad customer service
I ordered a monagrammed piece in early December. I was told by the store manager that I would get it by Xmas and that they would call me when it was ready.
Never received a call so called the Woodbridge, NJ store two days before Xmas and they said it was ready. When I picked it up it was monogrammed wrong. They said they would send it back and I would get it in two weeks.
After four weeks and having not received a call, I stopped by the Woodbridge, NJ to ask if my necklace was ready and was told "no." I asked for my money back and they reimbursed me. Will never shop in this store again!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
