Visit your location to inquire a battery for my husband's Movado, and my clasp tighten on my Mavado. The first sales associated name Julie C.

was very friendly and began the paperwork to send my husband watch in for a battery. She then stepped to another associate inquiring about tightening the clasp handing him the watch and walking back to me to complete the process. He inquired about who the watch belong to and proceeded to say he could not repair the clasp. I felt violated that your associate would say such thing in the manner he did.

The other associate looked in disbelief. I thought he would rethink his comments, tone, etc. and apologize but instead he walked away with no remorse. Julie C.

did apologize for his actions as she continued my paperwork. I then thanked her and asked for my property and told her I will never visit this store again. I'm also and business owner and I understand that you can't be successful in business without great customer service.

I walked right across to Goodman Jewelers and received great customer service. Hospitality is very important in business, and when the customer isn't treated fairly they will take their business to someone who appreciate it.
