Helzberg Diamonds - Repair/ replacement
I went to the store to see what it would cost to upgrade my diamond to a larger one, rebuild bands and enlarge them, also where I would stand if I totally upgraded to new ring. I didn't have my original receipt, always before they would look up in computer...
they said I couldn't upgrade to a new ring without the receipt. Then said they would try to find out in main computer base. Promised to phone me with findings in 1-2 day. No call ever received, phoned them, again was promised a call back by the next afternoon...
NONE ever received! Feeling very frustrated as I have always done my business there, guess it is time for a change. Hope they get better management or they won't have to worry about customers! Customer satisfaction should always come first.
I have my ring(s) checked faithfully every 6 months.
Not happy with Helzberg Diamonds, very poor service and follow thru on their end. Not sure I will ever go back:(
