Helzberg Diamonds - Helzberg Diamond changed diamond when I sent it for repair.

I sent one of my diamond earnings to be repaired at the new Helzberg Diamond store in the Temecula Promenade Mall, California (8/10). When I took the repaired earring home and compared it against the 2nd earring there was a major difference in color that was not present before I took the earring in for repair.
I will never use or trust Helzberg Diamond again.

Rude as it may sound BRIAN the other poster is correct
What would be the reason? Why would a reputable company with merchandise priced WAY over what you paid steal back one particular diamond?
I call bs. Personally I would never just send in One part of a "set" I would assume the one coming back would be different in appearance than the one that sat at home. There are stamping, wether you can see them or not on each and every piece of jewelry. Helzberg one ups most other competitors with their stamps.
Take it in to another store and see if they can prove your claim. Don't be surprised when they can't.
Umm I will say I had a ring from Helzburgs and I got it back with different diamonds and even came back from another repair missing diamond when it wasn't when I sent it off! I had this ring sent off so many times it was pathetic finally had them refund me my $$ & got a total new ring because the ruined my original wedding band so Fur-real you are way out of line calling bs here
They probably should have sent both earrings in because they cannot match one earring. I see your dilemma, try calling their customer service line and that might help
Was your comment to this post really needed in that manner. You must work for Helzberg with the way you commented to this lady. Excuse her ignorance in if there is any in this situation but idiots like you should not even have internet access if this is what you contribute
Its called being clean.. U should try Cleaning the other nasty one you have at home..
and then compare the two. Yes..
a 95+ year jewlery company really needed to switch your little *** "diamond" to make a buck..
