Helzberg Diamonds - Refund
Bought an engagement ring that lost a total of 5 diamonds over a couple months. Have had the ring in four times for repairs.
Was issued a refund RECEIPT by the store at the Citadel Mall. They said a check would come in 3 days. Then they said in 7-10 days. Then they said in approximately 16 days.
Now they say they are not sending a check and we will have to deal with Capital One (the company we financed through) even though the ring is totally paid off. I have never seen such bad customer service. They tell you they will call when the ring is back, but they never do. The manager and employees never apologize or try to make thing right.
Don't buy any important jewelry there!! I now have wedding pictures with a ring I no longer own.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $4000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

I had the SAME problem with my ring. I got engaged December of 2013 and I lost 2 diamonds already. Thank god it's under warranty!
