Awful customer service
- - Yearly ring checks for 23 and 15 years, with no prior problems.
- - This visit, staff ignored me; only one ring was listed.
Yearly I have my ring checked for insurance purposes. Ive had 1ring 23yrs and 1for 15 yrs.
and Ive never had a problem, service was alway pleasant. This time my husband came and waited outside. I told the lady what I was there for, she made no attempt at greeting me, she ask for the phn number and seeing how the ring was a wedding ring and purchased by my husband, I gave his number. She stated that she only saw 1 ring listed.
So my husband could tell that something was odd, so he came in. I informed her that Im here yearly and Ive never had an issue. Well she proceeded to speak only to my husband, calling him to the back to have a sit while she inspected the 1 ring, she no longer acknowledges me would not even look my way. Explained to him the condition etc.
she was extremely dismissive of me, as If the ring belongs to my husband and Im just wearing it. Its hard to believe that Helzberg is now training their staff to nit acknowledging the recipientof a gift. When I pitched a watch for him, and he needed a few links removed, they didnt ask my permission, just saying. So now I need to find a 15yr old receipt.
Ive purchased bracelets, earrings and a watch with helzberg, I will never buy another item, nor will my husband. At the time of my visit we were the only customers in store, and there was 4 employees, you really expect better service at a jewelry store.

Im extremely disappointed with Helzberg Diamonds. On 12/1/25, I paid $1,399.35 for 1.5ct white gold diamond earrings with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/9/25.
By 12/15, there was no product, no tracking, and no communication, despite multiple follow-ups. To make matters worse, the same item had now been discounted further and now $999.
The order finally arrived on 12/19, but with no notice at all, the package was left on my doorstep without a signature or delivery confirmation. Leaving high-value jewelry unattended like this shows a serious lack of care and security.
Missed promises, poor communication, and unsafe delivery.
We have not heard from ANYONE despite multiple emails and calls for the price adjustment. I would not trust Helzberg with an important purchase.

They are a bunch of scammers. I won't recommend purchasing anything from Helzberg.
The sales lady said something, and the bank charges you some interest that she never explained.
Please do not purchase through Comenity Bank. They committed fraud against us; when I called, they had all my information incorrect and were charging me triple the amount.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I purchased 14k gold earrings as a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. Unfortunately, they arrived damaged and needed to be returned/replaced.
The second order also arrived damaged on 2/27/25. So, now we are returning them for a full refund as we question the quality. Helzberg's customer service told me these earrings come directly from a vendor they use, and Helzberg has no control over what is sent. They offered to recommend items directly from Helzberg?
I bought these directly from Helzberg. I will never shop at Helzberg again and suggest that you don't either.

Never use this credit card. Was charged a late fee on top of a late fee which is illegal.
I had a late charge to post on the 12th paid card in full on 14th (two days later) next bill shows late fee for the 12th and for the next month because they are saying the original late fee is late.
Never use this card. They have unfair practices against consumers.

One of the sales associates at the Gurnee, IL Helzberg Diamond store commented on my appearance as I entered the store. As I was speaking with another salesperson, the *** female employee Samantha Lay uncomfortably approached with a smile and commented on a part of my body saying it was beautiful, then asking if it was all mine.
This type of aggressive verbal assault should not be permitted.
