Double Fees
Never use this credit card. Was charged a late fee on top of a late fee which is illegal.
I had a late charge to post on the 12th paid card in full on 14th (two days later) next bill shows late fee for the 12th and for the next month because they are saying the original late fee is late.
Never use this card. They have unfair practices against consumers.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I purchased 14k gold earrings as a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. Unfortunately, they arrived damaged and needed to be returned/replaced.
The second order also arrived damaged on 2/27/25. So, now we are returning them for a full refund as we question the quality. Helzberg's customer service told me these earrings come directly from a vendor they use, and Helzberg has no control over what is sent. They offered to recommend items directly from Helzberg?
I bought these directly from Helzberg. I will never shop at Helzberg again and suggest that you don't either.

Employee insult to customer
One of the sales associates at the Gurnee, IL Helzberg Diamond store commented on my appearance as I entered the store. As I was speaking with another salesperson, the *** female employee Samantha Lay uncomfortably approached with a smile and commented on a part of my body saying it was beautiful, then asking if it was all mine.
This type of aggressive verbal assault should not be permitted.

Sales rep lied
Be careful on what you hear from the sales rep, because, mine lied to me about the 12 months no interest. He said it started from my first payment of the credit card. However, I come to find out that it had already started on the day I bought my gift and now I just got an interest charge of 511 dollars for not having my balance paid off...

Is there any helzberg tenders are there in India. Some tenders are going in the name of helzberg.
Please confirm me It is geniune or fake. I lost 1.5 cr indian rupees as of now. They are not giving back my money.
If i ask that money they want me to pay lot of deposits. As of now lot of money paid as deposit but not returned back that money.

Tried resolving by chat on at least 6 occasions. I still dont have my order almost a month later, and this was a Christmas present.

Complaint with canton ohio store manager
After a few complications, and several attempts to call them and stop in, my issue was finally resolved. I am grateful they agreed to replace my ring since it was taking longer than a month to repair and replace diamonds.
I feel I shouldn't have had to call customer service to get my wedding ring back and I am very upset about the canton ohio store not staying in touch with me during the duration of waiting on my ring to be repaired. I was told that the store manager was on a business trip, but still, I fell that I should not have to wait a month to get my ring fixed. If the store would have communicated with me to some degree to let me know what was going on, I wouldn't have been as angry, but still irritated with the time it was taking.
The only reason I ended up getting a ring back on my finger was bc I requested a new Ring. I am happy now that I finally have my wedding ring back!

They did identify an issue with my ring when taking it in to get checked. But as far as the communication, there was none. And they take forever to return calls

I just wrote eveything 3 times this is ridiculous
Went to Staten Island store to buy an item salesman filled out application for credit card told him I do not want a credit card cancel the application I will pay with another credit card whic I did. He never cancelled the application now I get an email saying I will be told within two weeks wether I am accepted or not and this will effect my credit score now
