My fiancé bought me a lovely heart necklace for Mother's Day again, so I had the receipt in hand with the merchandise, mind you it has never been used. At the time he bought the necklace they ran a special to receive a kindle.
I was unable to return the item because his name wasn't on the receipt, and the kindle also had to be returned unused and new! She said when it was purchased they explained the return policy, which they did not! He paid cash for this necklace, and she did offer a store credit. Why?
I had a receipt and it stated the return policy on the back. If I didn't have a receipt I understand the store credit.
Needless to say, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING AT HELZBERG OR REFER ANYONE THERE. IN FACT I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING THERE.
